UI fraud can be committed by individuals claiming UI benefits and by employers failing to pay UI taxes on wages paid to workers. The Arkansas Division of Workforce Services appreciates your assistance with preventing claimant and employer UI fraud.

The most prevalent form of claimant UI fraud involves individuals that are working and collecting UI benefits. UI fraud also includes claimants certifying that they are making the required number of job contacts and/or that they are able and available for work when in fact they are not.
If you are aware of anyone that is working and attempting to collect UI benefits or that is certifying that they are making job contacts or that they are able and available for work when they are not, then help stop UI fraud by reporting the activity using the form below.
