Innovation Education Occupation
The Arkansas Career Development Center (ACDC) is a support system for Arkansas Rehabilitation Services (ARS) participants. ACDC offers multiple services to both youth and adults with disabilities.
Vocational training in a variety of in-demand industries is available through ACDC including welding, retail, forklift operations, and supply chain logistics. Many learners also participate in driver’s permit study and CDL permit study.
In addition to training, participants have opportunities to achieve industry recognized credentials from entities such as the National Retail Federation (NRF), the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI), the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER), Manufacturing Skills Standards Council (MSSC), and others.
Contact ACDC at 501-624-4411 or email at [email protected] for additional information.
ACDC is located at 200 Reserve Street in Hot Springs.
