RESEA Success Story – L. Johnson
Lycinda Johnson was selected for the March 2023 Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessments (RESEA) Program. Lycinda attended her scheduled assessment appointment with Wanquita Nettles, RESEA Training Instructor. Information was provided on local workforce office services, community partners, training opportunities, Rebuild Your Future, and labor market information. The assessment appointment also consisted of a mock interview, O*NET Career Interest Profiler, intensive instruction on resume development, and effective job search strategies.
Lycinda Johnson has Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Lycinda has reported new employment with Lennox Corporation as a Machine Operator earning $23.22 hourly with benefits and paid holidays. “I want to thank you again for all of your help and the information that I will continue to utilize.”
