Recruiting & Screening
When you need the right people for the job, we can help you review resumes and assess candidates before the interview stage.
Looking for help with recruitment? The first step is to send us your job orders! Contact your local business services coordinator or DWS office to get started.
Employers are encouraged to establish Employer Accounts in the Arkansas JobLink System for the purpose of posting employment opportunities and receiving applicant self-referrals and staff-assisted referrals of qualified applicants. Employers will have access to post jobs, search resumes, and receive emails on new job hunters. Employers can receive assistance with creating their accounts or establish a self-service account. Employers may enter job postings at any time after submitting the account registration and the account has been approved.
Job Fairs & Customized Hiring Events
Meet qualified candidates at an event tailored to your company’s needs. Receive notice of upcoming job fairs and join other employers at larger recruiting events. Contact your local business services coordinator or an Arkansas Workforce Center near you for more information.
