Arkansas Joblink
Employers are encouraged to establish Employer Accounts in the Arkansas JobLink System for the purpose of posting employment opportunities and receiving applicant self-referrals and staff-assisted referrals of qualified applicants. Employers will have access to post jobs, search resumes, and receive emails on new job hunters. Employers can receive assistance with creating their accounts or establish a self-service account. Employers may enter job postings at any time after submitting the account registration and the account has been approved.
Job Fairs & Customized Hiring Events
Meet qualified candidates at an event tailored to your company’s needs. Receive notice of upcoming job fairs and join other employers at larger recruiting events. Contact your local business services coordinator or an Arkansas Workforce Center near you for more information.
Workforce Center Facilities
Many Arkansas Workforce Centers have meeting rooms, computer labs, and training areas that are available for businesses to reserve and use at no cost. These facilities are often used for interviewing candidates, training workers, conducting employee orientations, and holding general meetings or conferences.
Migrant Seasonal Farm Worker Program
Many migrant farm workers travel to Arkansas each year to help with the cultivating and harvesting of several crops in specific regions of the state. Through our Migrant and Seasonal Farm Worker (MSFW) Program, we help farmworkers and the employers who hire them.

Veterans Representatives
Local Veterans Employment Representatives work to connect veterans with employers and inform businesses of the benefits of hiring Veterans. Contact your local Workforce Center to learn about recruiting veterans.
Work Opportunity Tax Credit
The Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) is a federal tax credit that encourages employers to hire workers from targeted groups. The tax credit is designed to help job hunters gain on-the-job experience, move toward economic self-sufficiency, and help reduce employers’ federal tax liability.
New Hire Registry
Federal and State law requires employers to report newly hired and re-hired employees in Arkansas to the Arkansas New Hire Reporting Center. This site will provide you with information about reporting new hires including reporting online and other reporting options.
Unemployment Insurance Employer Services
ADWS administers Arkansas’ Unemployment Insurance program and facilitates employer compliance with the Arkansas Employment Security Law, collects unemployment insurance contributions from employers, provides unemployment insurance benefits to those eligible, and maintains management information systems for filing unemployment insurance claims and fraud detection. Employers can access online UI services here.
