Center for Arkansas Legal Services – The Center for Arkansas Legal Services (CALS) provides free civil legal assistance to low-income individuals in Arkansas. They assist with a wide range of issues, including family law, housing, public benefits, consumer matters, and end-of-life planning. CALS also helps with veterans’ affairs, disability rights, and other individual rights cases.
