The Arkansas Division of Workforce Services (ADWS) has developed its fiscal year 2022 for the TANF Caseload Reduction Credit Report (ACF-202). These reports are being made available for public viewing. DWS is offering the public the opportunity to send comments on the estimates and methodologies used to complete these reports via email to phil.harris@arkansas.gov.
All comments must be submitted no later than COB, March 7, 2023

Form ACF-204 – TANF Fed Fiscal year 2022 Annual Report
In accordance with 42 U.S.C. 602, the Arkansas Division of Workforce Services (ADWS) is renewing its Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) State Plan for Title IV of the Social Security Act and complying with the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2022 by incorporating the certification for state TANF agencies related to providing information to victims of sexual harassment or survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking.
The Division of Workforce Services requests public comment on the amended sections of the State Plan. The plan is available for review on the ADWS website. Hard copies of the plan are available at DWS/TANF, #2 Capitol Mall, Little Rock, AR 72201.
