Justin Majors
Director, Arkansas Industry Connect
Justin Majors was appointed as the first Director of Arkansas Industry Connect (AIC) in 2025. AIC, a division of Arkansas Workforce Connections, is a strategic workforce engine built to serve Arkansas industry by connecting employers, economic developers, training providers, and state partners to establish sustainable workforce pipelines. Prior to this roll, he spent ten years with the Arkansas Economic Development Commission (AEDC) as the Director of Existing Business. During this time, Justin and his team assisted manufacturers across Arkansas with modernization initiatives, workplace resilience, operational and organizational excellence programs, workforce training, and growth and retention strategies. Prior to joining AEDC, Justin spent nine years with the Arkansas Department of Workforce Services where he served as Program Manager for the U.S. Department of Labor’s Trade Adjustment Assistance Program.
Justin holds a degree in Political Science from Arkansas State University and has earned the Professional Community and Economic Developer (PCED) designation from the National Community Development Council. Justin also serves on multiple boards including the Arkansas Institute of Performance Excellence and the National Association of Industry Specific Training Directors (NAISTD).
