Manager of Client Services
Brandon Brown is proud to be a team member of Arkansas Manufacturing Solutions as a Manager of Client Services. Brandon started his career as a Mechanical Design Engineer & Project lead for Lincoln Automotive introducing new products. After Lincoln Automotive he served as Engineering Manager for Waterloo Industries for 5 years managing new product startups and new facility capital projects. Prior to his current work with AMS, he advanced through management leadership at Central States Mfg., as Regional Operations Manager for three facilities in the Eastern Region serving 17 states. Brandon was a Visiting Professor of Operations Management at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville from 2006-2016, both teaching and developing online courses in the Industrial Engineering department. Brandon started his own coaching and training business for 10 years and hired six additional Kata and TWI coaches to help with his growing coaching/training business. As a global speaker and trainer of the Toyota Kata method, he has presented at conferences throughout North America, Europe, and Asia.
