Several ADH teams will be present to offer health information, resources, and screenings. In addition, partner organizations will share details about their services, including the mobile workforce unit, which will be onsite to provide employment and career support.

This event aims to promote public health, improve access to care, and connect residents with essential resources in one central location. Efforts will focus on supporting individuals who are unsheltered, at risk of homelessness, or part of low-income families.
