If you received unemployment insurance benefits during the year 2022, you need a 1099 form to file your income tax return. The Arkansas Division of Workforce Services will mail 1099s by January 31, 2023, to the address on file as of January 17, 2023. If you do not receive your 1099 in the mail by February 12, 2023, you may call the UI Service Center to be sure we have the correct address on file. 1099s will not be mailed to updated addresses prior to February 12, 2023.
